Four Seasons Investments (FSI) announced the acquisition of Scamper RV Rentals, the largest camper van rental agency in Georgia and an independent builder of RV vans, according to a press release.
Brad Walden, CEO and President of FSI, said that the acquisition was made in order to enter the RV rental and conversion industry with Scamper.
Walden added that the investment makes for regional communities and is a natural addition to Southern RV, a full-service RV dealership, and Rambling Box, a creative production company.
David Clapper, now an equity partner in Scamper, expressed his excitement about the acquisition and stated that the partnership with Four Seasons and Southern RV would propel Scamper to become the premier rental agency and consumer RV builder in the Southeast.
Scamper RV Rentals has grown to become the largest camper van rental agency in the Southeast and has expanded into commercial van conversion manufacturing.
The Atlanta location is a full-service facility offering fabrication, design, and maintenance services, while the McDonough location provides RV service and sales of the industry’s top brands, as well as an on-site campground for easy interstate access.
