Forest River has announced a series of leadership appointments across its Coachmen and Forest River Park Models divisions, naming new leaders for its Class A and Class C motorhome operations and promoting executives within its park models business as part of an effort to strengthen operations, product development and dealer support.
The leadership changes, which are effective immediately, include the appointment of Mike McIntire as general manager of the Coachmen Class A division, where he will oversee the Encore, Euro, Mirada, Pursuit and Sportscoach motorhome brands.
Forest River also named Jim Elliott as sales manager and product manager for Plant 310. Elliott will report directly to McIntire in his new role.
Within the Coachmen Class C division, Nate Saunders has assumed the role of general manager, overseeing operations at Plants 210 and 215.
Saunders will be responsible for production, operations and strategic initiatives for the division’s Class C motorhome lineup, which includes the Prism, Cross Trail, Concord, Entourage, Freelander and Leprechaun models.
The company also announced leadership changes within its Forest River Park Models division. Larry “Joe” Grandstaff has been promoted to general manager after 13 years with the company. Forest River said Grandstaff brings extensive operational knowledge, manufacturing experience and leadership to the position.
George Sechrist has also been promoted to sales manager for the Park Models division. In that role, he will continue working with Forest River’s dealer network to support sales growth, customer relationships and dealer communications.
Forest River said the leadership structure across several other Coachmen and Forest River divisions remains unchanged.
Andy Brock will continue leading the Apex, Northern Spirit/American Spirit Ultra Lite and Bijou, Remote, Freedom Express, Adrenaline, and Work and Play brands.
Meg Grierson remains responsible for the Shasta and Northern Spirit/American Spirit DLX and Compact divisions, while Mike Gaeddert continues overseeing Catalina, Aurora, Clipper and Viking.
Greg Lebold retains responsibility for Brookstone, Chaparral and Phoenix, Nick Recchio continues leading Coachmen Class B operations, and Bob Dumm remains president of Coachmen.
“These leadership appointments reflect our continued investment in experienced leaders who understand our products, our dealer partners and our commitment to delivering exceptional RVs,” Bob Dumm, president of Coachmen, said in a press release.
“We are confident these individuals will continue building on the strong foundation established within their respective divisions while supporting the long-term success of our brands,” Dumm added.
