The 33rd Annual Mid-Atlantic Campground Conference & Trade Show, set to take place from February 19-21, at the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, is rapidly expanding its roster of vendors and sponsors.
Event coordinator Joann DelVescio emphasizes the importance of the growing list, which currently includes 25 vendors, for the outdoor hospitality industry, highlighting the conference’s role in connecting campground owners, operators, and staff with the latest products and services tailored to their needs.
“We’re going to be in a beautiful setting for a great conference, and the list of sponsors and vendors filling out our trade show venue keeps expanding every day,” DelVescio said.
With the early bird registration deadline approaching on February 9, DelVescio urges potential attendees to register soon to take advantage of reduced rates.
The conference offers full package rates as well as day rates for those unable to attend the entire event. Additionally, a special tour of Fort Wilderness, Disney’s Camping Resort, is scheduled for February 18, the day before the conference begins, with limited availability and no extra charge for participants who register in advance.
The conference is hosted at the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area, a location chosen for its proximity to Disney Springs and Disney Theme Parks, offering attendees a picturesque setting for networking and learning.
The event’s website serves as the central hub for all information, including the schedule, list of speakers, registration forms, and lodging links.
This year’s conference is designed to address the specific needs of the campground and outdoor hospitality industry, providing a platform for education, networking, and discovery of new market trends.
The trade show, taking place on February 19, is a key component of the event, giving access to the newest products and best services aimed at enhancing campground operations.
The educational seminars planned for the conference will feature 9 sessions led by speakers experienced in various aspects of the outdoor hospitality industry.
These seminars aim to offer motivational and relevant content, focusing on the skills essential for running a successful campground operation.
For campground owners, operators, and staff, the Mid-Atlantic Campground Conference & Trade Show represents an invaluable resource for professional growth, operational improvement, and industry networking.
It highlights the collective effort to enhance the camping experience for guests while ensuring the sustainability and profitability of campground operations.
With its expanding list of vendors and sponsors, comprehensive educational programming, and ample networking opportunities, the conference promises to deliver significant value to all participants.
