While Campspot already offers a suite of add-on options, the Checkfront integration further extends this capability, allowing campgrounds to offer an even broader array of experiences.
One of the notable features of the Checkfront integration is the enhanced real-time asset management capabilities. This addition allows campgrounds to oversee their resources precisely, managing bookings down to the hour or multiple days. This level of operational control is expected to help campgrounds avoid double bookings and optimize occupancy rates effectively.
In addition to improved asset management, the partnership enables campgrounds to offer flexible booking options, catering to both public and private guest experiences. This flexibility gives campground operators more control over their offerings, allowing them to tailor experiences for groups or individual guests.
Campspot has also introduced exclusive benefits for its customers who choose to partner with Checkfront before Memorial Day 2025. For a limited time, new Checkfront customers who are also Campspot users can enjoy 30% back on Checkfront booking fees (up to $1,000) during their first year.
Further, Campspot customers signing up with Checkfront will be able to waive their Campspot integration fee for 2025.
To facilitate a smooth transition to the integrated platform, Checkfront is offering premium support and onboarding to new Campspot customers, ensuring a streamlined experience as they adopt the new tools. Personalized assistance from Checkfront’s support team will guide campgrounds through setup and optimization processes, minimizing disruption and enabling faster adaptation to the upgraded management capabilities.
Additionally, Campspot announced the introduction of 24/7 customer support, a service enhancement designed to provide campground operators with round-the-clock assistance. Campspot previously extended customer support hours between Memorial Day and Labor Day; however, this new 24/7 offering represents a year-round commitment to customer care, ensuring operators can receive help whenever needed.
