Lagoon Ranch Luxury RV & Cabin Resort on Lake Livingston, Texas, has introduced a new guest referral program that provides discounts to existing customers who bring in new visitors, with incentives tied to both monthly and short-term bookings.
The program offers returning guests a 10% discount on a future one-month reservation when they refer a new guest who books a one-month stay.
A second referral for a similar booking qualifies the original guest for an additional 10% discount on another month, according to the resort’s announcement.
The initiative also includes incentives for shorter visits. Guests who refer a new visitor for a minimum two-night stay will receive a 25% discount on nightly rates, with the same discount applied to the referred guest.
The referral program is limited to new customers who have not previously stayed at the resort. Referrals must also apply to bookings within the same property, and new guests are required to provide the referring guest’s name at the time of reservation to qualify for the discount.
The resort said the program is intended to reward existing customers while supporting growth through word-of-mouth referrals.
“It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of our community—and for helping us grow it with great guests like you,” the resort said in its announcement.
Lagoon Ranch is located approximately 90 minutes from Houston and spans 37 waterfront acres along Lake Livingston. The property includes 194 full hookup RV sites designed for large rigs, as well as furnished cabins for short- and long-term stays.
Amenities at the resort include a 180,000-gallon lagoon-style pool with a swim-up bar, a fishing area along the lake, and a pavilion that hosts live music events. The property also accommodates group gatherings, including large RV rallies.
The resort promotes a mix of leisure and extended-stay options, including family weekend trips, seasonal monthly stays, and remote work-friendly accommodations.
