Campspot Launches Cinchio Solutions Integration for Effortless Wristband Payments

Campspot, a provider of campground management and reservation software, announced a new integration with Cinchio Solutions, allowing for wristband payments at campgrounds. This enables campers to link wristbands to their reservations, streamlining the purchasing process during their stay.

According to a press release, the wristbands can be used across various services at campgrounds, from dining at on-site food and beverage locations to shopping at the camp store, participating in activities, and renting equipment. The integration eliminates the need for cash or cards, providing campers with a hassle-free payment experience.

“Integrations like this go a long way toward improving operational efficiency, elevating the guest experience, and helping to increase revenue potential for parks,” Bryan Beightol, VP of product and design at Campspot, explained. 

By enabling “frictionless charge-to-site capabilities,” the press release noted that the wristband system encourages guests to spend more throughout their stay. Whether it’s a meal at the campground’s restaurant or a rental at the gear shop, guests can easily charge purchases directly to their site.

For campground operators, the integration simplifies transaction management by consolidating all guest purchases under their reservation. 

This integration is one of several point-of-sale (POS) solutions introduced by Campspot, including the now-available Lightspeed Restaurant, Lightspeed Retail, which is currently in pilot testing, and the upcoming Lightspeed X.

In addition to the new integration with Cinchio Solutions, Campspot launched a new integration with HubSpot, a customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing platform. This collaboration is designed to streamline campground operations and enhance marketing efforts.

The integration allows campgrounds to consolidate guest details, booking information, and communication history. The press release noted that HubSpot’s tools enable campgrounds to create personalized marketing campaigns that rekindle memories and encourage return visits. This collaboration also leverages HubSpot’s analytics and reporting capabilities to help campgrounds make data-driven decisions.

Targeted marketing is another advantage of this partnership. Campgrounds can craft specific email campaigns based on guest details and information about past stays.
