OHI Elects Members to 2026 Board of Directors

OHI has elected five outdoor hospitality professionals to its Board of Directors, with the new members scheduled to be formally inducted Nov. 11 during the 2026 Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE) in Fort Worth, Texas.

The elected members are Rachel Godbout, chief operating officer of Advanced Outdoor Management; Mike Harrison, chief operating officer of CRR Hospitality; Courtney Mauldin, director of customer success at Staylist LLC; Terry Munoz, vice president of recreational properties at The Signorelli Company, which operates The Retreat RV & Camping Resort; and Ali Rasmussen, co-founder and CEO of Spacious Skies Campgrounds.

OHI reported 8% voter participation in the 2026 board election. Under the association’s one-park, one-vote principle, each active member park could vote for its top five candidates.

The five board members bring experience in campground and RV resort operations, property management, consulting, technology, customer success and outdoor hospitality development.

Godbout oversees property operations, regional and general manager teams, and cross-functional business development at Advanced Outdoor Management. She also serves as faculty at OHI’s George O’Leary National School and regularly speaks at OHCE.

Harrison brings 30 years of hospitality experience to the board through his role at CRR Hospitality. He has participated in OHI programs, including the OHI Business Forum, OHI Connect and OHCE, and regularly serves as a speaker and presenter.

Mauldin works with RV parks, campgrounds and glamping resorts across North America through her customer success role at Staylist. Her responsibilities focus on guest experience, operational workflows and long-term business performance.

Munoz brings more than 38 years of outdoor hospitality experience spanning property management, regional management, development, consulting and training. He has held leadership positions with Thousand Trails and The Signorelli Company and has served on boards for national and state RV and camping associations. He also works as a consultant and trainer with Campground Consulting Group.

Rasmussen previously served on the OHI Board and leads Spacious Skies Campgrounds, a collection of campgrounds across the East Coast. Her experience includes operations, revenue management, acquisitions, marketing, brand development and team leadership.

OHI’s Board of Directors provides organizational leadership and governance while advancing the association’s mission on behalf of the outdoor hospitality industry.

“We’re grateful to everyone who participated in this year’s election and took the time to have a say in the future leadership of OHI,” said Paul Bambei, president and CEO of OHI.

“These new board members bring a wide range of experience and perspectives to the table, and we look forward to the contributions they’ll make on behalf of our members and the broader outdoor hospitality community,” Bambei added.

The new members will join the board during a swearing-in ceremony at OHCE 2026 on Nov. 11 in Fort Worth.
