The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) will offer facility tours Sept. 28-30 during the Elkhart RV Dealer Open House, giving prospective students, RV industry professionals and dealership partners an opportunity to view its training facilities and hands-on learning labs.
The institute, located at 3333 Middlebury St. in Elkhart, Indiana, will open its facility to visitors throughout the three-day event. Tours will provide access to labs equipped with full-scale RV systems, specialized tools and industry-standard diagnostic equipment.
Visitors will also be able to connect with the institute instructors and observe elements of its training curriculum. The facility tours are intended to give visitors a closer look at its standardized certification program for RV service technicians.
The training program focuses on hands-on learning and standardized technician certification. According to the institute, the program is designed to support repair standards and reduce downtime for RVers awaiting service.
In addition to the facility tours, RVTI will have a booth at the RV Supplier Showcase, which will take place Sept. 28-30 at the Northern Indiana Event Center.
The RV Supplier Show is being held alongside the Elkhart RV Dealer Open House and provides suppliers with a central location to present products and build relationships with manufacturers, dealers and other industry professionals.
