RVDA Convention Panel to Examine How Charitable Giving Strengthens Dealership Teams

RV dealership leaders will discuss how charitable giving and community involvement can strengthen employee engagement, workplace culture and customer relationships during a Nov. 12 panel at the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo in Las Vegas.

The session, “Leading With Purpose: How Philanthropy Builds Stronger Dealerships,” will run from 8 to 9 a.m. at Paris Las Vegas.

The discussion will focus on practical ways dealerships can establish sustainable charitable programs, involve employees and build community partnerships.

According to a press release, Randy Bowling, owner of Bowling RV; Dania Filippetto, owner of Rangeland RV; Ben Hirsch, chief operating officer and co-owner of Campers Inn RV; and Lexi Roberts, dealership coordinator at Long View RV Superstores, will participate in the panel.

Jenna Berneck, executive director of Care Camps Foundation, will moderate.

The panelists will share examples of how charitable involvement has helped their dealerships engage employees, strengthen workplace culture and connect with customers.

The session also will examine how dealerships of different sizes can select causes that reflect their values and establish programs that employees can participate in over time.

Hirsch said Campers Inn RV incorporates charitable giving into its payroll system, with a company match and contributions occurring every two weeks.

“Writing a check builds a reputation. Building a system of giving builds a culture,” Hirsch said. “We put it in payroll with a company match. And it happens every two weeks whether anyone’s thinking about it that day. That’s the part other dealers can copy at any size.”

Filippetto said dealerships can establish community initiatives without large teams or complicated programs.

“Dealerships do not need a large team or a complicated program to make a meaningful impact,” Filippetto said. “The most important step is choosing something that reflects your values and giving employees a way to be part of it.”

The session is intended to provide attendees with ideas for launching community initiatives, encouraging employee participation, integrating philanthropy into dealership culture and expanding charitable involvement over time.

The panel is open to registered attendees of the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo. Attendees can add the session to their agendas through the MyShowAPP, but advance registration is not required. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The session’s room assignment will be announced through the convention schedule and MyShowAPP.

The convention will run Nov. 9-13 at Paris Las Vegas.
