AEONrv has been ranked No. 66 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, placing the Reno, Nevada-based adventure vehicle manufacturer among the fastest-growing private companies in the United States after reporting 4,231% revenue growth from 2022 through 2025.
The ranking also places AEONrv No. 1 among companies in Nevada and Reno and No. 2 in the Automotive category. The company said its No. 66 position places it in the top 1.3% of the 5,000 companies included on the list.
AEONrv reported that it was profitable in 2025 while expanding its advanced manufacturing operations in Reno.
Its growth occurred as the retail value of industry-wide RV shipments declined 24.6% between 2022 and 2025, according to the company’s release citing the RV Industry Association.
The company operates a 70,000-square-foot production facility in Reno that employs 60 people and has capacity to increase output with minimal additional investment, according to the release.
AEONrv also reported a Net Promoter Score of 96 and said it has delivered more than 150 adventure vehicles across North America since 2021.
“Five years ago, we set out to build an RV from first principles, challenging decades of conventional thinking to create something fundamentally better,” said Jim Ritchie, CEO and co-founder of AEONrv.
“Ranking No. 66 among the fastest-growing private companies in America validates that vision, but more importantly, it reflects the trust our customers have placed in us,” Ritchie added.
AEONrv builds two all-season, off-road adventure vehicles on the Ford Transit AWD chassis. Both models feature an all-electric cabin powered by solar and lithium battery systems for heating, cooling, cooking, hot water and onboard power without propane or a generator.
For 2026, the vehicles use wood-free construction, including PET foam-core cabinetry made from recycled plastic water bottles. The construction is intended to reduce weight, increase payload capacity and improve moisture resistance and durability.
The 22-foot AEONrv starts at $229,500, while the 23-foot, 6-inch AEONrv EXT starts at $239,500, before options and applicable taxes.
The 2026 Inc. 5000 reported a median three-year revenue growth rate of 130%. Collectively, companies on the list added more than 627,208 jobs over the past three years.
