2025 Florida and Alabama RV Conference to Deliver Expert Workshops, Networking

The Florida and Alabama RV Park and Campground Association is set to host its 2025 Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo in Orlando from May 6-9, gathering a wide spectrum of campground and RV park professionals to explore business strategies, industry trends, and networking opportunities.

This four-day event will be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel, a location near Orlando International Airport, and aims to engage both established and aspiring park operators in one of the most comprehensive gatherings of its kind in the Southeast.

In a press release, President & CEO Bobby Cornwell emphasized the event’s role in promoting industry development, citing the conference’s array of expert-led seminars, sessions, and networking avenues as resources for participants to enhance their operations and address current business challenges.

“Our annual convention has become the largest event of its kind in the Southeast and one of the largest in the country,” Cornwell said. “We’ll have expert speakers, educational seminars, networking opportunities, and fun sessions designed to improve your business, cut costs, promote your park, and train your staff.”

The Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel, known for its customer service and central location on Universal Boulevard, serves as an ideal venue for the event. The hotel’s proximity to major Orlando attractions and the Orange County Convention Center makes it accessible for attendees traveling from out of state, offering both convenience and a high standard of amenities.

Attendees interested in expanding their professional network will find opportunities at this year’s event, with receptions, meal events, and informal sessions incorporated into the program.

The Florida and Alabama RV Park and Campground Association, headquartered in Tallahassee, has long supported the RV and campground sectors through advocacy, promotion, and educational events. Established in 1966, the association continues to be a resource for privately owned RV parks and campgrounds in both states, providing members with valuable tools and services designed to elevate the industry.

In addition to the annual conference, the association publishes free camping guides to promote outdoor recreation opportunities across Florida and Alabama.
