Outdoor hospitality industry buyers have until Oct. 29 to register for the Hosted Buyer Program at the 2026 Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE), which provides free conference registration and scheduled meetings with exhibitors for eligible RV park and campground decision-makers.
The program offers participating buyers a waived registration fee valued at $899, VIP access to the Expo Hall and dedicated networking opportunities. In exchange, buyers must commit to at least six pre-scheduled meetings with exhibitors whose products and services align with their business needs.
The program is designed to connect campground owners and operators with suppliers through individual meetings that allow buyers to ask questions and see product demonstrations outside the general Expo Hall experience.
“OHCE has always been about creating opportunities, and the Hosted Buyer Program is one of the best ways we bring people together,” said David Basler, chief strategy officer at OHI. “It’s a win-win. Campground owners and operators discover solutions tailored to their needs, and exhibitors get face time with decision-makers ready to take action.”
Participation is limited to active OHI members who are purchasing decision-makers at their RV parks or campgrounds. Each property may register one Hosted Buyer attendee and bring one additional paid attendee to participate in its scheduled meetings.
The Hosted Buyer Program is the only way to attend OHCE for free, according to OHI. Other conference attendees can access the Expo Hall, but the program provides participating buyers with dedicated one-on-one time with exhibitors.
OHCE 2026 is scheduled for Nov. 9-11 in Fort Worth, Texas.
