PCOA to Host 63rd Annual Convention Trade Show at Kalahari Resort in December

The Pennsylvania Campground Owners Association (PCOA) is accepting exhibitor registrations for its 63rd Annual Convention Trade Show, scheduled for Dec. 8-9, 2026, at the Kalahari Resort & Conference Center in Pocono Manor, Pennsylvania.

The event will bring together campground owners and industry suppliers for two days of business networking and product demonstrations ahead of the 2027 camping season.

According to the association, the trade show is expected to attract representatives from more than 80 campgrounds, while promotional materials also indicate attendance of more than 200 campground owners representing more than 75 parks.

The annual convention serves as a marketplace where campground operators evaluate products and services for their businesses and connect with industry vendors.

Exhibitor booth space begins at $425 for a 10-foot-by-10-foot booth reserved before Oct. 15. The registration package includes three meals, and additional large display space is available for companies requiring expanded exhibit areas.

The trade show will be held at the Kalahari Resort & Conference Center in Pocono Manor. Exhibit hours are scheduled from 12:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 8, and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 9.

The convention provides vendors with opportunities to meet campground owners and decision-makers, demonstrate products and services designed for campground operations, establish supplier relationships and increase visibility within Pennsylvania’s campground industry.

In a letter to prospective exhibitors, the association said campground owners from across Pennsylvania gather annually for the convention and trade show. PCOA also noted that, in addition to notifying its membership, invitations are distributed to all 435 campgrounds located throughout the state as well as campgrounds in neighboring states.

The association described the convention as one of its long-running industry events, marking its 63rd year in 2026.

Companies interested in exhibiting can reserve booth space through PCOA ahead of the October registration deadline.
