The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) is highlighting its job board and Kevin Phillips Scholarship program as resources designed to support recruitment and training efforts amid continued demand for qualified RV service technicians.
Launched in 2023, the RVTI job board connects technician candidates with available industry positions while allowing RV businesses to post open roles at no cost.
The platform is intended to provide career resources for individuals seeking entry into the RV industry and help companies find potential employees.
The job board primarily features technician positions but also includes other industry-related roles, including IT helpdesk and parts counterperson openings.
Job postings include the position title, employer and location, and users can sign up to receive daily or weekly job alerts.
RV industry companies looking to fill open positions can submit job listings through the board’s “Post A Job” section, which is located next to the “View Jobs” option.
RVTI said the job board is part of its efforts to support workforce development by making career opportunities more accessible to potential technicians and helping businesses address staffing needs.
The institute is also promoting the Kevin Phillips Scholarship, which provides funding to cover the cost of an individual subscription for RV technician training through the RV Technical Institute.
The scholarship is available to new high school graduates, people leaving the military and individuals who attempted college but chose a different career path.
The program is designed to reduce financial barriers for people entering the workforce or transitioning into new careers while supporting efforts to recruit additional RV technicians.
Scholarship applications for the third quarter of 2026 are open through Friday, July 31. Applicants will receive notification of approval or denial by Monday, Aug. 31.
