Florida-Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention Set for May 2027

The Florida-Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo will take place May 12-14, 2027, at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, bringing together campground owners, RV park operators, glamping businesses and industry suppliers for three days of education, training and networking.

The convention’s main program will run Wednesday through Friday, with preliminary activities scheduled for Tuesday, May 11.

Those activities will include badge pickup, a board meeting and an optional evening event, according to the event schedule.

The 2027 convention will feature keynote presentations, educational sessions, hands-on training, exhibit hall hours, networking events and industry awards.

“The best conversations don’t always happen behind a microphone. They happen between sessions, across the Expo floor, over dinner, and late into the evening. Three full days at convention means more time to learn, reconnect, meet new people, and build relationships that last long after everyone heads home,” the event’s website states.

The program is designed for outdoor hospitality businesses at different stages of development, including existing park operators, prospective developers and companies supplying products and services to the sector.

The event will provide attendees with access to approximately 100 suppliers and industry partners. Registration information, the event schedule and sponsorship opportunities are available through the convention’s website.

The expo will give attendees opportunities to meet suppliers and industry partners, while educational sessions will address business operations and decisions relevant to outdoor hospitality professionals.

The program also will include networking opportunities intended to help participants establish industry contacts and maintain relationships beyond the event.

Beyond the education and exhibit floor, convention activities will include an auction and recognition of industry professionals through awards. The event’s website also encourages attendees to use the event app to keep track of activities and participate in convention programming.

The event is intended to accommodate businesses across the outdoor hospitality sector, from campground and RV park operators to glamping property owners, developers and suppliers.

Sponsorship opportunities will allow participating companies to promote their businesses to park owners, operators and other industry decision-makers before, during and after the convention.
