Winnebago Industries, a manufacturer of premium outdoor recreation products, released its 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report outlining progress on environmental, social and governance priorities, including reductions in workplace injuries, advances in water conservation and expanded community engagement.
The report marks the seventh consecutive year the company has published a corporate responsibility report, underscoring its long-term approach to ESG strategy and transparency.
Winnebago Industries said the document highlights how these initiatives support operational resilience, workforce safety and long-term business performance across its portfolio of brands.
“At Winnebago Industries, we know that corporate responsibility is more than just good business. It is central to who we are and drives our long-term success,” Stacy Bogart, general counsel and corporate responsibility lead at Winnebago Industries, said in a press release.
“Our 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report demonstrates how we are leading the way to shape the future of outdoor recreation by advancing our environmental, social and governance goals, innovating for sustainable growth and elevating every moment outdoors for the customers we serve,” Bogart added.
The report aligns with the Global Reporting Initiative Universal Standards and includes disclosures tied to the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures, the California Climate Corporate Data Accountability Act and the company’s Sustainability Accounting Standards Board index.
Among the operational highlights, the company reported a 22% reduction in its total recordable incident rate and a 43% decrease in days away restricted or transferred, reflecting workplace safety improvements.
The report also noted continued progress toward a 2030 goal to reduce freshwater consumption by 30%.
Winnebago Industries said it established a Product Sustainability Steering Committee to guide product stewardship and integrate environmentally focused materials and manufacturing practices.
The company also revised its quality manual to reinforce operational and product excellence standards.
Community and environmental initiatives featured prominently, including a partnership with Leave No Trace to introduce stewardship principles for recreational vehicle and boat owners.
Through its CommunityGO One Good Thing campaign, the company reported $750,000 raised and 13,600 volunteer hours logged across 360 community partners.
“Putting our people, our planet and our communities at the core of our operations drives our relentless pursuit of excellence,” said Jil Littlejohn Bostick, vice president of corporate responsibility and inclusion at Winnebago Industries.
“As we work to lead the outdoor recreation industry, we remain committed to openness, responsibility and progress for our customers, partners and shareholders,” Bostick added.
