Gateway Luxury RV Resort announced its grand opening on May 11, providing a new staycation for travelers near Zion National Park. Located at the intersection of State Route 17 and State Route 9, the resort offers easy access to the landscapes of southern Utah.
The resort features 81 RV sites, including 31 pull-through and 50 back-in options. Each site has 20/30/50-amp electrical hookups and essential sewer and water services. It boasts a spacious 30-foot width complemented by a 16-foot-wide leveled concrete pad, according to an article published in St George News on May 5.
In addition to the RV sites, Gateway offers 16 casitas. The grand opening event will showcase the resort’s array of facilities and services. These include air-conditioned casitas, full-hookup RV sites, pickleball courts, and a resort-style pool and hot tub.
During the grand opening, the event will include a live broadcast by 99.9 KONY Country. Activities planned for the day include games such as cornhole and pickleball tournaments, with several food trucks present to offer a variety of local cuisines.
