The Dyrt, an app for camping availability, photos, and reviews, has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America for the third consecutive year. This recognition highlights the expansion for The Dyrt, driven by partnerships with global brands such as Toyota, State Farm, and Ford.

CEO Kevin Long expressed pride in The Dyrt’s continued success, positioning the app as a resource for camping enthusiasts across the U.S. “When advertisers want to gear campaigns toward campers in America — and why wouldn’t they, it’s an active audience of 85 million — they understand the value of partnering with The Dyrt,” Long noted.

According to a press release, the Inc. 5000 list offers a “data-driven look at the most successful companies,” with The Dyrt posting a 130% revenue growth from 2020 to 2023. Inc. Business Media, known for supporting entrepreneurs, has been producing the Inc. 5000 list since 1982.

Inc. editor-in-chief Mike Hofman expressed that one of the greatest joys of his role is reviewing the Inc. 5000 list. “To see all of the intriguing and surprising ways that companies are transforming sectors, from health care and AI to apparel and pet food, is fascinating for me as a journalist and storyteller,” he said.

Hofman also acknowledged the achievements of this year’s honorees, who have managed to grow their businesses despite facing “economic disruptions” such as supply chain issues and inflation.

One of the developments for The Dyrt this year was its 2024 camping report, which secured a title sponsorship from Toyota. The report’s annual Top 10 list of the Best Places to Camp in the U.S. was also presented by the 2024 Toyota Tacoma.

Additionally, State Farm sponsored The Dyrt’s inaugural Best Places to RV list, while Ford sought to expand its reach among campers by sponsoring the platform.

Campers can continue to benefit from The Dyrt PRO, a yearly subscription service priced at $36, the press release explained. Subscribers can receive advanced maps, discounts, and access to a curated collection of 5,000 car-accessible free camping locations.

The service also includes The Dyrt Alerts, providing notifications for sold-out campgrounds, and a “comprehensive database” for RVers featuring overnight parking, dump stations, and water stations.
