Positioned midway between Dallas and Shreveport, Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park offers an idyllic retreat that is now further enhanced with an expanded arts and crafts building and a captivating gem mining sluice.
As the summer progresses, an eagerly anticipated playground is also set to make its debut, promising fun for children and adults alike.
Acknowledging the growing demand for extended family and group camping experiences, the park has taken steps to accommodate larger parties.
New premium RV sites are being installed, and an assortment of spacious rental accommodations are being added to cater to these requirements.
Among the new accommodations are the charming Oak Trail Cabins, capable of comfortably housing up to nine, and the remarkable Three Bears Lodge, which can accommodate up to 16 guests.
Meanwhile, the existing Ranger Retreat provides a cozy stay for up to 15 people, and the Boo Boo Bunkhouse offers ample space for groups of up to 20. For smaller groups, the park also provides fully furnished cabins designed for four to eight occupants.
