Located in the heart of Texas Hill Country, near the burgeoning travel hotspot of Fredericksburg, Texas, this luxury glamping retreat is timed to welcome guests for the Total Solar Eclipse in April.

“With 22 all-season canvas glamping tents, a cafe and bar, a country store, an events lodge, and meandering trails across the 32-acre property, Outdoorsy Hill Country is a memorable slowcation destination that blends contemporary comforts with the allure of Texas’ natural beauty,” Cavins said.
The site’s design utilizes locally sourced materials like Texas limestone, integrating the structures seamlessly with the natural environment. The retreat boasts a large spring-fed watering hole, panoramic decks, and fire pits, enhancing the outdoor living experience.
Co-founder and CMO Jen Young remarked on the inspiration drawn from the Hill Country’s natural allure, emphasizing the retreat’s commitment to providing restorative nature experiences.
“We couldn’t be more delighted to share this space with guests who are seeking out the restoration that time in nature provides,” Young said.
This vision is manifest in the spacious, secluded tents offering luxurious accommodations, including climate-controlled environments, plush linens, and private ensuite bathrooms with premium amenities.
