The National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) has announced its 2024 RVTAA & NRVIA Expo, an exclusive gathering for graduates and members of the RV Technician Association of America and the National RV Inspectors Association. The three-day event, scheduled for December 6-8 at NRVTA’s campus in Athens, Texas, will provide comprehensive training, certification opportunities, and industry networking, according to press release.
Registration is currently open for RVTAA and NRVIA members through the official Expo website, with early registration recommended due to limited capacity. Participants can check in early on December 5, followed by a welcoming dinner at Castle Oaks. The event features eight hours of daily training on Saturday and Sunday, with opportunities to earn valuable Continuing Education Units (CEUs) required for maintaining RV technician certification and inspector qualifications.
The Expo has attracted participation from leading industry organizations, with speakers from Miller Farrell Insurance, Dometic, NTP-Stag, Henderson’s Line-Up, RV Help, and HomeGauge sharing their expertise. These sessions will cover essential topics in modern RV maintenance and inspection, including specialized repair procedures, customer service excellence, business development strategies, and cutting-edge RV technologies transforming the industry.
The evolution of smart technology in RVs will be a key focus area, with presentations highlighting innovations such as automated lighting systems and intelligent energy management solutions. NRVTA’s commitment to maintaining high training standards is evident in their comprehensive course offerings, which align with the standards of their RV Training School.
The Expo will feature interactive demonstrations, allowing participants to gain hands-on experience with the latest repair techniques and diagnostic tools. Attendees can expect to gain practical knowledge about tax benefits, flexible work arrangements, and self-employment strategies specific to the RV industry. Additional event highlights include door prizes and complimentary meals throughout the gathering.
The success of NRVTA’s training programs is demonstrated through their graduates’ achievements, with many establishing successful careers as mobile service technicians. Interested parties can find the comprehensive program schedule and additional event details at nrvtaexpo.com.
