Spacious Skies Campgrounds, a fast-growing owner and operator of RV campgrounds, has launched a new website and loyalty program.
The program called the “Spacious Skies Campgrounds Loyalty Program,” provides members with a 12% discount on reservations for less than a month’s stay on RV sites, cabins, glamping retro campers, yurts, and other lodgings.
The annual fee for Spacious Skies Campgrounds Loyalty Program is $31.90 (a reflection of its founding date of March 19, 2021), and Cosmic Campers (program members) will also be first to hear about exclusive promotions, merchandise, and updates on the addition of new campgrounds and improvements on existing parks.
“Our campers are incredibly important to us, and our new loyalty program is one way to thank our frequent guests,” said Ali Rasmussen, CEO and creative director of Spacious Skies Campgrounds.
“As we approach the beginning of our second full camping season, we want to encourage folks to join the Spacious Skies community, to ‘Camp On’ and to save at the same time.”
This new loyalty program from Spacious Skies Campgrounds could be an interesting way to improve customer retention and attract new customers. By offering a discount to frequent guests, campground owners can reward their loyal customers and encourage them to return for future stays.
Additionally, exclusive promotions and merchandise could further incentivize guests to choose a particular campground over others.
The new streamlined website will also make it easier to make reservations and view available sites. With the new website, all campers regardless of membership status, can browse all Spacious Skies campgrounds, place multiple locations into a shopping cart, and book reservations online.
Members can log into their accounts to make reservations and view their membership status, reservation history, and wish list. The members-only discount will automatically be applied, per the company.
Registration for the loyalty program can be fulfilled online and some restrictions apply.
By offering exclusive promotions, campground owners can differentiate themselves from their competitors and create a unique experience for their guests.
Since acquiring its first campground in May 2021, Spacious Skies Campgrounds has grown to 13 campgrounds as far north as Maine, south to South Carolina, and west to Tennessee.
The company has improved the campgrounds with updated infrastructure, repairs to cabins and lodgings, the addition of retro campers, and the installation of jumping pillows, gem mines, and other fun activities.
