Society of Certified RV Professionals Recognizes Industry Achievements in 2024

The Society of Certified RV Professionals recently recognized industry personnel for their significant achievements through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center Fixed Operations Certification Program. During the first quarter of 2024, 23 individuals from nine dealerships earned new certifications, while four individuals renewed their certifications.

“On behalf of the entire RV industry, we congratulate these professionals and their dealerships,” stated RVDA President Phil Ingrassia.

“These accomplishments are proof of their outstanding commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Not only do they elevate our industry, but on an individual level, each joins an elite group of certified personnel who have successfully met high professional standards.”

The newly certified professionals hold various roles essential to fixed operations, including Service Writers/Advisors, Warranty Administrators, Parts Specialists, Parts Manager, and Service Manager, according to a press release.

Among those recognized are Brian Wilson, Tara Patton, Rachel Eddy, Taylor Kraft, and Travis Hahn as Service Writers/Advisors; Brian Evenson, Patricia Nachtrieb, Logan Kerney, and Zabrena Farris as Warranty Administrators; and Joe Brummett, Juanita Formo, Brittany Lear, Chris Vallin, and Cameron Domine as Parts Specialists.

The recertified professionals include Michael Ellingson, Kaitlyn Reinwand, and Luis Chavez as Service Writers/Advisors, and William Woodall as a Service Manager. These individuals have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining their expertise and staying updated with industry standards.

The Mike Molino RV Learning Center offers certification for various fixed-ops positions, providing online testing, certification, and recertification. The certification programs were developed with the expertise of The Ohio State University’s Center for Education and Training for Employment, along with input from top-performing professionals and industry stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive and relevant training.

Certified personnel play a vital role in the RV industry by improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

According to a study by the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, certification leads to improved Repair Event Cycle Time (RECT) and higher customer satisfaction rates. Certified professionals are better equipped to handle the demands of their roles, resulting in more effective dealership operations.

Recertification and ongoing training are crucial for professionals to keep pace with technological advancements and high consumer expectations. The Society of Certified RV Professionals promotes continuous education and certification to uphold the highest standards in the RV industry.
