Sage Outdoor Advisory and Glamping Advisors have formed a strategic international partnership aimed at expanding outdoor hospitality consulting services across Europe and the Americas.
The agreement brings together the two firms’ expertise in outdoor hospitality, experiential real estate and resort-oriented assets, creating a coordinated consulting platform for developers, owners and investors operating in multiple markets.
The partnership combines regional market knowledge with a shared analytical framework designed to deliver consistent services across different geographies. The collaboration will support clients pursuing outdoor hospitality projects on both sides of the Atlantic.
According to a press release, Shari Heilala, president and chief executive officer of Sage Outdoor Advisory, said the partnership comes at a time of significant change within the outdoor hospitality sector.

Heilala said the outdoor hospitality market continues to evolve as major international hotel brands introduce outdoor-focused collections and partnerships. She added that Sage has begun extending its proprietary glamping database into Europe through the partnership.
“By extending our proprietary glamping database, the largest of its kind, into Europe alongside Glamping Advisors, we have already begun to elevate our combined service offerings — with joint projects underway on both sides of the Atlantic and more in the pipeline,” Heilala said.
Lars Schäfer, managing partner at Glamping Advisors, also said the partnership will allow the companies to provide a coordinated approach for clients regardless of location.

The companies said their combined teams have completed more than 400 projects across three continents during the past decade. The partnership is intended to leverage that experience to serve a range of outdoor hospitality developments and investments across international markets.
