RVWA Awards Opens Nominations to Celebrate Women’s Accomplishments in the Industry

The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the achievements of women in the RV industry, has announced the opening of nominations for the 2023 RVWA Awards.

Nominations for the 2023 RVWA Awards will be accepted starting May 1, 2023, as per the News & Insights report of the RV Industry Association.

The awards program, which was established in 2022, showcases the contributions and accomplishments of women, as well as companies and individuals who support them, in the RV industry.

The awards ceremony, which will take place during the RV Women’s Alliance Educational Symposium, will present awards in four categories: Trailblazer Award for Lifetime Achievement, Leader of Tomorrow Award, Champion of Women—Individual, and Champion of Women—Company. The awards program provides a platform for the RV industry to acknowledge the impact and achievements of its female leaders, as well as those who support them.

The inaugural awards ceremony was a resounding success, with Debbie Brunoforte, President of Little Dealer, Little Prices, a Campers Inn Company, receiving the highest honor, the Trailblazer Award for Lifetime Achievement.

The award recognizes women who have made significant contributions to the RV industry and paved the way for other women to follow in their footsteps.

Alyssa Cox, Forest River Marketing Director, was presented with the Leader of Tomorrow Award, which recognizes women who are making a big impact on the RV industry at the beginning of their careers.

Coach-Net Vice President of Sales Kimberly Gregory received the Champion of Women Award for an individual. Winnebago Industries was recognized with the Champion of Women Award for a company.

The accomplishments and efforts from the women, men, and companies who comprised the award finalists and winners are incredibly inspiring and speak to the bright future of women in the RV industry,” said Monika Geraci, RVWA board member and award taskforce lead.

“We are proud to be able to recognize and celebrate these champions of women in the RV industry.”

The awards ceremony will provide a platform for the RV industry to come together and celebrate the achievements and contributions of its female leaders and those who support them.
