The Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) has announced the recipients of its 31st annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey, honoring 23 RV manufacturers and brands with the prestigious Quality Circle Awards.
The recognition highlights those achieving the highest levels of dealer satisfaction in the 2025 survey, which was conducted from June through September.
The annual DSI program serves as an important measure of dealer confidence and product performance across the RV industry.
This year’s recipients earned overall satisfaction scores of 4.25 or higher on a 5-point scale and received at least 15 dealer responses, signifying consistent performance in key areas of dealer relations.
Among towable RVs, the manufacturers and brands recognized (listed alphabetically by manufacturer) include Alliance RV (Avenue, Delta, Paradigm, Valor), Brinkley RV (Model G, I, and Z), Coachmen (Brookstone, Chaparral, Catalina, Shasta), and East to West (Ahara, Blackthorn, Takoda, Tandara, Alta, Longitude, Della Terra, Silver Lake).
Forest River earned multiple recognitions for its Cardinal, Cedar Creek, Cherokee, Columbus, Flagstaff, Ibex, No Boundaries, Pause, Puma, r-pod, Riverstone, Rockwood, Rogue, Sabre, Sandpiper, Sierra, Solaire, Surveyor, and Wildcat brands.
Other towable awardees include Grand Design (Imagine, Influence, Momentum, Reflection, Solitude, Transcend), Gulf Stream (Amerilite, Conquest, Innsbruck, Kingsport), Highland Ridge (Open Range), Jayco, Keystone RV (Alpine, Cougar, Hideout, Retreat), KZ RV (Connect, Connect SE, Connect Mini, Durango, Durango Gold, Ridgeway, Sportsmen, Sportsmen Sportster, Sportsmen Classic), Starcraft, and Venture RV (SportTrek, SportTrek Touring, Sienna, Stratus, Sonic).
Honorable mentions were given to Keystone RV’s Bullet and Sprout towable brands, which earned high satisfaction ratings but did not meet the minimum number of dealer responses required for an award.
In the motorized category, recognized manufacturers include Coachmen (Galleria, Beyond, Nova, Pixel), Dynamax, Entegra, Forest River (Class Cs), Grand Design (Lineage Class Cs), Gulf Stream, Jayco, Leisure Travel Vans/Triple E, Newmar, and Pleasure-Way.
Motorhome builders Airstream, Grech, and Renegade received honorable mentions for strong dealer satisfaction scores despite not meeting the response threshold for a Quality Circle Award.
Dealers participating in the DSI survey rated manufacturers confidentially across four core categories: reliability and quality, parts, warranty, and sales. These areas reflect the foundation of dealer-manufacturer relationships and directly impact customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
“The DSI results recognize top-rated manufacturers in several important areas of dealer and customer support, which is more important than ever as the industry works to reduce Repair Event Cycle Time,” said RVDA Chairman of the Board Larry Troutt III of Topper’s RVs in Waller, Texas.
RVDA reported receiving survey responses from 495 dealership locations across the United States and Canada, representing 2,324 brand ratings—an average of 4.7 ratings per dealer. The data provides a broad overview of satisfaction levels across the RV retail landscape.
The Quality Circle Awards have become a benchmark for excellence among RV manufacturers, signaling to dealers and consumers alike that the recognized brands are dedicated to supporting product quality, warranty processes, and parts availability.
A summary of the aggregate DSI survey results will appear in the November issue of RV Executive Today. In addition, top-rated manufacturers will be formally recognized and presented with their awards during the RV Dealers Convention/Expo at Paris Las Vegas.
