RVDA and Statistical Surveys Unveil Key Webinar on Leveraging Customer Data for RV Sales

The RV Dealers Association (RVDA) and Trader Interactive’s Statistical Surveys Inc. (SSI) have announced a collaborative webinar. 

Scheduled for Thursday, January 25 at 2 p.m. EST, the webinar is titled “Data Decoded: Dispelling Myths and Unleashing the Power of SSI Insights in RV Sales.” 

This initiative is set to provide RV dealers with crucial insights into the effective use of customer data in enhancing RV sales.

The webinar will be spearheaded by Ryan Kloppe, director of Sales for SSI. Kloppe’s presentation aims to clarify misconceptions about SSI’s data and demonstrate its transformative impact on RV dealership sales. 

This event is the first in a new series titled “Help Me Solve…”, hosted by RVDA. The series will feature RVDA Endorsed Providers, including SSI and other industry leaders, addressing common challenges faced by RV dealers and discussing best practices for solutions.

RVDA’s partnership with SSI offers its members discounted access to valuable data products and analytical tools. 

These tools are designed to provide insights into new unit registrations and detailed sales data, including information on make, model, length, and axles of the units sold. This data is crucial for dealers to understand market trends and consumer preferences, thereby enabling them to make informed decisions about inventory and sales strategies.

Chris Harvey, vice president of SSI, emphasized the company’s commitment to providing high-quality, actionable insights. “We strive to be the most trusted source of unbiased end-to-end data in the RV industry. Our goal is to provide high-quality and actionable insights to our partners to help them achieve their business goals,” said Harvey. This statement underlines the importance of reliable data in strategic decision-making within the RV industry.

RVDA President Phil Ingrassia highlighted the timeliness of the webinar, aligning with dealers’ preparation for retail shows and the spring selling season. “Dealers are getting ready for retail show and the spring selling season, and the SSI program is a proven way to set the stage for sales success in 2024,” Ingrassia stated. 

The webinar is not just an educational opportunity but a strategic tool for RV dealers. In an industry where understanding customer preferences and market trends is key, the insights provided by SSI can be a game-changer. Dealers can utilize this data to tailor their inventory, marketing strategies, and sales approaches to meet the evolving demands of the market.
