RV Learning Center Calls for Giving Tuesday Support to Strengthen Industry Education

The Mike Molino RV Learning Center is calling for contributions this Giving Tuesday, December 3, to support its mission of advancing education and professional development in the RV industry. Contributions to the center are tax-deductible and aim to improve best practices, employee retention, and customer satisfaction across dealerships nationwide.

Earlier in 2024, Wave Express, an RV transporter in North America, pledged $100,000 to the center. This funding has been instrumental in addressing the growing demand for fixed operations training, which equips dealership personnel with essential skills. Continued donations will help sustain these efforts into 2025.

A new initiative, the RV Dealership Employee Emergency Relief Program, was also launched in 2024 with support from the Ron & Lisa Fenech Family Foundation. This program provides financial aid to dealership employees facing hardships due to natural disasters or significant financial challenges.

In the past year, the RV Learning Center has expanded its reach, producing new educational content and facilitating professional development across RV dealerships. These efforts have supported hundreds of dealership employees, ensuring access to quality training resources.

Key developments in 2024 include the introduction of four online fixed operations training courses, the latest of which is designed for Warranty Administrators. A fifth course for Service Managers is set to debut in early 2025. These programs have proven impactful, with more than 1,000 professionals trained through the center’s online offerings.

Additionally, a record number of users have accessed the RV Fixed Operations Today mobile app. The app includes a free readiness test designed to prepare staff for certification, further supporting the industry’s workforce development goals.

“More than 1,000 professionals have been trained using the RV Learning Center online courses and a record number of individuals have downloaded the RV Fixed Operations Today Mobile App,” a press release showed.

The center also established the Jaime Pais Legacy Fund to honor the late Jaime Pais, an RV industry executive with Protective Asset Protection who passed away in 2024. The fund recognizes his contributions and aims to support ongoing educational initiatives.
