The Mike Molino RV Learning Center has launched a new warranty administrator training course to enhance efficiency and customer service for fixed operations professionals. The course’s free readiness test is available on the RV Fixed Operations Today mobile app.
The readiness test helps individuals prepare for the warranty administrator online course. ChannelPRO Mobile’s RV Fixed Operations Today app offers users access to five readiness tests for service management and parts personnel.
These tests usually cost $25 each, but as an incentive for downloading the app, users can access all five tests for free, saving up to $125.
The RV Fixed Operations Today mobile app can be downloaded from both the Apple App Store and Google Play by searching “RVDA.” In addition to the free tests, the app links to the RV Fixed Operations Today website. Additionally, a one-year subscription to the RV Fixed Operations Today website costs $49.95. The site offers resources for all members of an RV dealership’s service management team.
According to its website, the Mike Molino RV Learning Center’s comprehensive online course aims at training warranty administrators to meet the evolving needs of modern RV customers.
This course offers vital training in key areas such as processing RV repair orders, managing warranty claims, overseeing payments, and fostering relationships with both customers and manufacturers.
Designed to provide an engaging and interactive learning experience, the course features audio voiceovers and progress checks across its 11-module curriculum, each addressing a different facet of warranty administration.
Developed in partnership with The Ohio State University’s Center on Education and Training for Employment and industry experts, the course content is grounded in a detailed RV warranty job and task analysis.
Upon completion, participants are well-prepared to pursue the RV Learning Center’s warranty administrator certification.
Phil Ingrassia, RVDA president, emphasized that warranty administration is among the most challenging roles in a dealership.
“This training from the RV Learning Center not only prepares the students for certification, but it also helps them be ready to help customers understand warranty repairs and keep them satisfied with the service they receive,” Ingrassia said.
