The RV Industry Association (RVIA) announced nominations for its 2025 board of directors.
As the highest authority within the association, the board guides strategies and policies across critical topics, including industry standards, marketing initiatives, government affairs, education programs, statistical data, and association finances.
According to a News & Insights report by RVIA, eight candidates are competing for three open seats this year. Members can vote in September to elect representatives for two RV manufacturer seats and one supplier seat.
Voting starts on Tuesday, September 3, and continues until midnight on Monday, September 23. The results will be announced in early October, with the newly elected board members beginning their three-year terms on January 1.
Each member company is allowed one vote, which will be cast by the official representative of the member.
Among the candidates is Coley Brady, co-founder and CEO of Alliance RV in Elkhart, Indiana. Brady’s experience includes serving as vice president of sales for Heartland RV, a division of THOR Industries. Additionally, Pablo Carmona, founder, president, and CEO of Genesis Supreme RV, has a career in the RV industry spanning over 30 years. He began with an entry-level position at Thor CA and progressed to leadership roles overseeing factories from 2005 to 2011.
Another candidate is Jeffrey C. Hunter, founder and CEO of Storyteller Overland. Since its inception in 2018, Hunter has showcased his passion for second-stage and lifestyle-enhanced luxury automotive manufacturing, a field he first explored at McSweeney Designs, LLC.
Next is Mike Lanciotti. He is the president of REV Recreational Vehicles since 2021, and brings experience from leadership roles such as president of Renegade RV and COO and GM positions in industrial manufacturing. Lanciotti has worked in small and large family businesses, publicly traded companies, and partnerships with equity firms.
Additionally, Geneva Long, founder and CEO of Bowlus, launched her company in 2012 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business and her Master of Science in Economics from the International University of Monaco.
Among the supplier candidates are Brent Diver, John Haymond, and Mary Pouliot. Diver, partner and chief revenue officer for Ranger Distribution, co-founded the company in 2019. With a career spanning multiple roles in sales and management, Diver has been an active member of the RVIA since its inception.
With nearly 30 years of experience, Haymond has developed finance programs and served on the RVIA Financial Services Committee since 2016. He has also led sales for recreation vehicle financing at Medallion Bank since 2007.
Additionally, Pouliot, executive vice president of the Americas for Thetford, has been with the company since 2006, holding key roles in sales, marketing, and customer service.
