RoverPass will participate in Campground Solutions Summit West Oct. 20-22 in Reno, Nevada, with Founder and CEO Ravi Parikh scheduled to join a reservation software panel focused on how technology is affecting campground bookings, guest communication and daily operations.
The three-day summit, hosted by the California Outdoor Hospitality Association, will be held at the Grand Sierra Resort. RoverPass will also meet with campground owners and operators at Booth 27, where attendees can ask questions about the company’s reservation and management software.
The Reservation Software Panel is scheduled for 4:30 to 6 p.m. Oct. 20 and is open to all attendees. Parikh will join other panelists to discuss changes in reservation and management software and considerations for campground owners planning for upcoming seasons.

The panel is a chance to share what we are seeing across thousands of parks and to talk honestly about where the technology is going.”
At Booth 27, RoverPass plans to demonstrate tools for reservations, front-desk operations, automated guest messaging and reporting. The company said the demonstrations will allow owners to review online booking and other software functions related to occupancy and revenue management.
Melisa Chang, marketing director at RoverPass, said the event will provide an opportunity for the company to address operators’ questions directly.
“We built RoverPass around the way owners actually run their parks, not the other way around,” Chang said. “Summit West gives us the chance to show that in person, answer real questions, and meet the operators who make outdoor hospitality what it is.”
Campground owners and operators attending the summit can visit RoverPass at Booth 27 and attend the reservation software panel. The company is also offering platform walkthroughs through scheduled demonstrations.
