RoverPass, a provider of campground management software, announced its expansion into the Australian market. The company has welcomed Nimbin Crystal Tourist Park, a 50-site campground in New South Wales, as its newest customer. The collaboration aims to bring its “easy-to-use” management platform to the Australian outdoor hospitality sector.
The expansion into Australia reflects RoverPass’s commitment to supporting the global campground and caravan park industry with the same user-friendly tools adopted in the United States. Nimbin Crystal Tourist Park, a tourist destination, is expected to improve operational efficiency, streamline bookings, and enhance the visitor experience, boosting local tourism.
“As we expand into the Australian market, we see tremendous potential to support campground and park operators with the tools they need to succeed,” said Michelle Smith, CEO of RoverPass. “Our experience in the U.S. has equipped us with a deep understanding of what campgrounds need, and we are confident that RoverPass will be the perfect solution for Australian operators looking for a reliable, user-friendly platform.”
According to a press release, the addition of Nimbin Crystal Tourist Park positions RoverPass as a partner for campgrounds and parks throughout Australia, with “more partnerships expected in the near future.”
In addition to its recent expansion, RoverPass launched an integration with Zapier, an automation tool that connects over 7,000 applications. This new feature allows campground managers to streamline tasks such as guest communication, check-in procedures, and data management, significantly boosting operational efficiency. By automating routine processes, the integration enhances guest experiences while simplifying campground operations.
One of the advantages of the RoverPass-Zapier integration is the automation of essential check-in details, such as gate codes and Wi-Fi passwords. This feature ensures guests receive necessary information on time, without manual intervention.
The integration also allows campground operators to sync guest booking data with customer relationship management (CRM) systems like HubSpot or Salesforce. This feature enables personalized follow-up communications, including event invitations and exclusive offers, enhancing guest engagement long after their stay.
