Oregon’s New Luxury RV Park Under Construction, Set to Open Next May

In the heart of Oregon, a new luxury accommodation is taking shape — the Bend RV Park. Located strategically at 20001 Murphy Road, this park spans 13.5 acres and is meticulously designed to accommodate 176 RV sites, complete with full hookups.

Spearheaded by developers Larry Kine and David Swisher, this park is poised to elevate luxury RV camping experience in Bend, a report from Bend Bulletin highlighted.

But the Bend RV Park is not merely about parking and hookups. It promises a redefined experience for its visitors.

The park is set to feature a plethora of amenities, including a community recreation center, workout facilities, pools, hot tubs, a dedicated dog park, and sports courts for pickleball and basketball enthusiasts.

Adding to its charm is the park’s commitment to sustainability. Plans to landscape with wildflowers are in place, ensuring a reduced water footprint and a vibrant visual treat for visitors.

“The goal here is to have a luxury RV park for people traveling to Bend who stay for a short period of time,” said developer David Swisher.

According to Visit Bend, beyond the confines of the RV park, Bend itself is a treasure trove of natural wonders. Bend is a gem of a mountain town that offers a bit of everything.

Situated amidst the majestic Cascade Mountains and vast high desert landscapes, Bend has evolved from a humble lumber settlement to a global hotspot for those passionate about the outdoors.

Whether you’re keen on camping, engaging in exhilarating river activities, hiking amidst ancient volcanic terrains, scaling mountain heights, or cycling through picturesque forest trails, Bend has it all. For those who enjoy trail running, Bend’s Urban Trail System offers unmatched natural beauty. And for a more relaxed pace, there’s nothing like a leisurely walk in one of its over 80 public parks.

Got energetic kids? Bend has a plethora of activities to keep them engaged. From indoor go-karting and trampolining to kid-friendly trails like the Deschutes River Trail and Pilot Butte, there’s no shortage of fun. Don’t miss out on the High Desert Museum for a blend of natural beauty and rich history.

Whether you’re an adrenaline junkie, a nature lover, or a family seeking fun, Bend attracts visitors globally.

With the Bend RV Park set to open its doors next May, Bend, Oregon, is gearing up to offer a harmonious blend of luxury and nature. Whether you’re drawn by the allure of the upcoming RV park or the natural wonders that Bend has to offer, one thing is certain — an unforgettable experience awaits.
