The National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (National ARVC) has taken a significant step forward in its commitment to the campground industry.
In a recent announcement, the association revealed its renewed partnership with Spot2Nite, the renowned online travel agency and booking engine. This collaboration is set to bring about transformative changes in how campers discover and book outdoor accommodations.
David Basler, the chief strategy officer for National ARVC, emphasized the synergy between the two entities. He mentioned that while Spot2Nite simplifies the process for campers to find their ideal campground experience, National ARVC’s primary goal is to drive more campers to its member gates. This mutual objective makes the partnership a perfect fit.
The collaboration aims to familiarize the industry with the innovative offerings of the Spot2Nite brand.
Basler highlighted that the partnership is centered around promoting the Spot2Nite brand and its groundbreaking product that can significantly boost revenue growth for campground members. This is a testament to the association’s dedication to ensuring its members’ success in the ever-evolving outdoor hospitality landscape.
Spot2Nite’s platform stands out with its “Look, Book and Go” experience. Campers can effortlessly search for campsites based on various parameters, including location, date, and amenities. This user-friendly approach ensures that campers find accommodations that align perfectly with their preferences.
Furthermore, the platform’s integration with 10 property management systems and leading distribution channel partners is noteworthy. Partnerships with industry giants like Camping World, Good Sam, ReserveAmerica, and AdventureGenie ensure that park owners can list their available sites on the platform with ease. This integration targets a vast audience of over 60 million campers, a number that’s hard to ignore for any park owner.
One of the standout features of Spot2Nite is its cost-effectiveness for park owners. With no setup costs, commission fees, and the added benefit of automatic inventory management, it’s a win-win for all stakeholders in the campground industry.
The upcoming OHCE2023 convention is poised to be a significant event for the industry. Spot2Nite’s involvement in this convention is anticipated to further cement its position as a leader in the sector. The company, in collaboration with its integration partners, will be the primary sponsor for the Welcome Reception at the College Basketball Experience and Hall of Fame. This event, marking the kickoff to OHCE2023, promises to be an interactive and engaging experience for all attendees.
Additionally, Spot2Nite’s expertise will be on full display during a breakout session at the convention. Titled “Harnessing the Power of Event Marketing and Technology for Revenue Growth and Guest Retention,” this session, scheduled for Wednesday, November 8, from 9:45-10:45am, is expected to provide invaluable insights to participants.
Sam Bruner, the co-founder and COO of Spot2Nite, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership. He lauded ARVC’s unwavering commitment to its member campgrounds and the broader ecosystem. Bruner’s sentiments underscore the mutual respect and shared vision between the two organizations.
