The Jayco Family of Companies celebrated its second annual Blue Excellence Awards, honoring the top suppliers and sales representatives who have demonstrated exceptional service and reliability.
The awards were announced for the 2023 model year, recognizing the top 10 suppliers and highlighting two standout companies—Furrion as the leading supplier for Indiana’s Eastern Production and LCI #64 Frames for Idaho’s Western Production facilities.
According to Jeryl Miller, vice president of purchasing, the awards were established to celebrate the efforts of the company’s suppliers and their impact on operations. “Our inaugural 2023 Blue Excellence program was a huge success, and we’re pleased with the positive effects that it has had on our valued suppliers, and ultimately the Jayco Family of Companies,” Miller stated.
The honorees received custom-designed awards symbolizing their achievements. The top suppliers were presented with an award featuring a painted blue bird in flight mounted on a wooden base, symbolizing innovation and partnership.
Among the top suppliers recognized were Postle Aluminum Co., S&H Metal, Dexter Axle, Dave Carter & Associates, Great Lakes Lamination, Synergy Design, Brianza USA, Dometic, and Riverpark. Additionally, 10 suppliers received honorable mentions for their contributions.
In addition to recognizing suppliers, Jayco honored three sales representatives for exemplary service. Mike Nolan of PBS was recognized for his role in motorized RVs, while Jeff Douglas of Lasalle Bristol and Tara Smith of LCI were acknowledged for their contributions to Indiana and Idaho towables.
Founded in 1968, Jayco has built its reputation on principles of quality, customer satisfaction, and family values. The company operates manufacturing facilities in Middlebury and Shipshewana, Indiana, as well as Twin Falls, Idaho, producing towable and motorized RVs under its Jayco, Starcraft RV, Entegra Coach, and Highland Ridge RV brands.
