Caldwell, Idaho, is set to welcome a new addition to its landscape—a $30 million luxury RV park named “Suncreek Point”. Developed by Blue Terra Development, this park promises amenities “like no other” in the state, aiming to redefine luxury living on wheels.
Blue Terra Development, known for its ventures in RV parks, self-storage facilities, and multi-family properties, is no stranger to the Idaho landscape. With the success of Center Point RV in Nampa, the company is now setting its sights on Caldwell, with Suncreek Point being nearly twice the size of the Nampa location.
Spanning 30 acres, Suncreek Point is designed to offer a spacious and less crowded feel. With 225 stalls, each measuring between 30-35 feet wide and 60 feet long, residents can expect ample space and privacy.
The park, which broke ground in October 2022, is set to open in phases, according to Idaho Press. This phased approach ensures that each section of the park meets the high standards set by Blue Terra Development and offers residents a seamless living experience.
Amenities at Suncreek Point are diverse and cater to all age groups. From high-speed internet and a bocce ball area to a miniature golf course, putting green, and multiple play structures, there’s something for everyone.
For those seeking relaxation, the park offers hammock areas, fire pits, and multiple dog parks. A heated swimming pool and hot tubs, open year-round, promise relaxation and leisure for all.
Paul Hilbig, the project developer, highlighted the diverse demographic that such parks cater to. From those seeking affordable housing solutions to retirees looking for a change in lifestyle, Suncreek Point aims to be a haven for all.
Hilbig believes that Suncreek Point will not only address Caldwell’s housing situation but will also attract tourists, boosting the local economy. With rent prices estimated between $900-$1,200 a month or $75 a night, the park offers luxury at an affordable price.
The first phase of Suncreek Point is expected to open its doors in January, with the entire RV park set to be fully operational by April, just in time for the next peak season.
Blue Terra Development’s vision for Suncreek Point goes beyond just an RV park. With a meditation garden, scenic shallow creek adorned with custom sculptures by a local artist, and a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, the park promises a holistic living experience.
Caldwell, with its rich history and vibrant community, is ready to welcome Suncreek Point. As the park opens its doors, it promises to not only redefine luxury RV living but also to leave a lasting impact on Caldwell’s housing and tourism sectors.
