Moose Creek Ranch, nestled within the majestic Tetons, plans to reopen with extensive improvements in mid-May.
The iconic glamping, cabin, and RV camping resort, located just 30 minutes from Jackson Hole and 40 minutes from Grand Teton National Park, has undergone significant renovations thanks to new owners who purchased the resort in 2020.
Over the past three years, the owners have invested millions of dollars into upgrading the facilities, with a goal of enhancing the guest experience.
These improvements include 15 new RV camping sites that allow access to all resort amenities, a revamped main lodge featuring a new bar, and a modern event barn with a capacity for up to 200 guests.
Other additions to the resort comprise an updated five-bedroom ranch house, refreshed mountain modern décor in guest cabins, on-site laundry facility, landscaping, and new utilities.
A noteworthy highlight among the recent developments is the tranquil new enclave within the resort, which offers an airstream on the creek, a bell-style glamping tent, and RV parking.
To celebrate these upgrades, Moose Creek Ranch is providing a 25% discount on all reservations for stays through June 8, 2023.

Previously, Moose Creek Ranch operated exclusively during the summer season. However, the new ownership has transformed the resort into a year-round destination, with amenities catering to couples, families, and large groups.
Winter visitors can now enjoy the ski season, as the resort is equidistant to both Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and Grand Targhee.
Additionally, the resort’s scenic and private location grants easy access to a wide range of recreational activities, such as hiking, biking, fly-fishing, white-water rafting, skiing, and snowmobiling.
Co-owner Tom Hedges, who is also a founder and partner of the award-winning glamping resort Conestoga Ranch in Bear Lake, Utah, explained the vision behind these improvements.
“We wanted to create a perfect balance for guests to fully immerse themselves in nature while enjoying the convenience of resort-style amenities and stylish, comfortable accommodations,” Hedges stated.
In response to the tremendous demand for scarce RV sites in nearby Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, we added 15 RV sites that allow guests access to our many offerings,” Hedges added.

As the popularity of glamping and the Jackson Hole area continues to surge, these improvements position the resort as a prime destination, prompting nearby site owners and operators to reevaluate their offerings to remain competitive.
According to Grand View Research, the global glamping market was valued at $2.73 billion, with a projected compound annual growth rate of over 10% from 2023-2030.
