Free Webinar from RVDA, RV Trader, SSI to Boost RV Dealer Performance

The National RV Dealers Association (RVDA), in collaboration with RV Trader and Statistical Surveys, has introduced a free on-demand webinar aimed at equipping RV dealers with data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement before and after RV purchases. 

The webinar, titled “Unlocking the Power of Pre-Purchase and Post-Purchase Data,” is part of an ongoing effort to provide RV dealers with actionable insights that drive sales and improve overall business performance.

Available through the RV Learning Center’s YouTube channel, the 11-minute webinar provides dealership professionals with practical methods for analyzing consumer behavior data. 

The session explores both pre-purchase tendencies and post-purchase patterns, helping dealers optimize inventory management, conversion rates, and customer retention strategies. By addressing key points in the purchasing journey, RVDA aims to help its members remain competitive in a shifting market.

The webinar highlights the importance of understanding pre-purchase behavior, focusing on what potential buyers seek in dealership inventories. Dealers are encouraged to leverage this information to refine their marketing efforts and boost sales conversions. 

According to a press release, post-purchase data is equally emphasized, as tracking customer satisfaction and behavior after a sale can strengthen long-term relationships. Insights gained from post-purchase interactions help dealers enhance customer retention, generate positive reviews, and foster brand loyalty. 

Phil Ingrassia, president of RVDA, highlighted the significance of data in today’s RV market. “Data is a critical component of decision-making in today’s competitive RV market,” Ingrassia stated. “By understanding this data, RV dealers can build better customer relationships and increase their bottom line.”

“We’re excited to deepen our Endorsed Provider relationship with these leading-edge companies and ensure RVDA members are aware of discounted rates on SSI products that deliver results,” he added.

The partnership between RVDA, RV Trader, and Statistical Surveys underscores the growing importance of data analytics in the RV industry. Jennifer Green-Neff, vice president of brand marketing at Trader Interactive, described the collaboration as a way to empower dealers with essential tools.

RVDA’s Endorsed Provider program is designed to offer members access to products and services that address the challenges facing RV dealers. Through partnerships with organizations like Statistical Surveys, RVDA aims to provide practical solutions that help dealers improve their business practices.
