The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) is seeking testimonials from its certified technicians to highlight their training experiences, career development and work in the recreational vehicle industry through the institute’s social media channels.
The initiative aims to feature technicians who completed RVTI training and share their experiences with prospective technicians considering careers in RV service and repair.
RVTI encourages technicians and their employers to submit brief testimonials outlining why they chose the institute for training, how certification has affected their careers and what they enjoy most about their work.
Submissions should include a short paragraph about the technician’s experience and a photo. Employers may also provide additional comments about the technician’s work and contributions.
According to a News and Insights report of RVIA, the institute will feature selected testimonials on its official LinkedIn and Facebook accounts, providing a platform for certified technicians to share their professional experiences with a broader audience.
RVTI Social Media Manager Jenna Heck is coordinating the initiative and will receive submissions at jheck@rvia.org. Technicians and employers familiar with RVTI-certified professionals are also encouraged to contact her to participate.
The testimonials will focus on three areas: technicians’ reasons for choosing RVTI training, the impact of certification on their careers and the aspects of their work they find most rewarding.
The initiative also invites employers to contribute perspectives on technicians’ professional accomplishments, offering an additional account of how their training and certification translate into workplace performance.
By featuring firsthand accounts from certified technicians, RVTI aims to give prospective students examples of career experiences following institute training. The submissions will also provide participating technicians with an opportunity to share their professional journeys through the organization’s social media platforms.
RVTI is accepting brief written testimonials accompanied by photographs.
