Campspot, a campground reservation and management software, announced an online learning event to empower campground owners and operators with strategies to maximize their earning potential this summer. The one-day event, Camp Campspot, will be held on June 4.
According to a press release, morning sessions for Campspot customers focus on short-term revenue opportunities and marketing strategies. These sessions aim to help participants capitalize on the summer season and increase exposure through marketing.
The afternoon session, open to all campground owners and operators, will showcase insights, drawing on Campspot’s marketing experience and the expertise of its data and insights team. Participants will also get a glimpse into the latest Campspot Marketplace camper survey findings.
Campspot’s Chief Marketing Officer, Erin Stender, expressed excitement about inviting people interested to participate in the afternoon session.
“We not only want to arm our customers with key information that can help them tweak or adjust their strategies to ensure a successful summer season, but we want to empower all campground owners with insights that can help the industry as a whole succeed,” Stender said.
As part of the event, Campspot is giving away notebooks to the first 100 registrants during the live sessions.
In a related report on May 2, Campspot announced a new campground customer support portal for a better support experience, and Campspot Analytics has been updated with improved reporting dashboards.
Campspot also unveiled new guides for educational resources covering search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and campground amenities.
Bryan Beightol, VP of product and design at Campspot, highlighted the company’s dedication. “We want to do everything we can to help parks succeed in an ever-evolving landscape. We have a feedback loop with customers to help ensure we’re continually improving core functionality of the software, while also looking for ways to create new value and invest for future growth of our parks,” Beightol said.
