The Campground Owners Expo (COE) is set to return for its fourth annual event, scheduled for December 4-7, at the Hilton Branson Convention Center in Branson, Missouri. Organized by Severson & Associates, this premier gathering offers campground owners a blend of networking opportunities, industry education, and exposure to innovative products.
COE’s focus on networking and education ensures that attendees gain the knowledge and tools necessary to optimize their campground operations.
“In these trying times we would like to give you the information and knowledge we have acquired for campgrounds around the USA. Whether you already have a State Association and need help growing it, or you don’t yet have an association in your State, participate in the COE and network with other campground owners who want to take their business to the next level!” the event indicated.
The 2024 event will kick off on Wednesday, December 4, with a packed schedule that includes educational seminars, a bustling expo hall, and a unique networking bingo session. The day will conclude with an open ballroom and cash bar, providing additional opportunities for attendees to build relationships and exchange ideas in a relaxed setting.
Thursday, December 5, will feature Cracker Barrel sessions designed to address specific topics of interest to campground owners. These interactive discussions, led by moderators, ensure participants receive practical insights tailored to their needs. The expo hall remains open throughout the day, followed by an evening program that includes awards, a charity auction, and a keynote speaker during dinner.
Education takes center stage on Friday, December 6, with seminars and a ticketed “Lunch & Learn” session. In the afternoon, attendees can participate in an off-site “Behind the Scenes” event, offering a unique perspective on running a long-standing family business. This session includes a panel Q&A and a performance by a Branson-based family-operated show.
The event will wrap up on Saturday, December 7, with morning seminars and a final session that includes takeaways from the expo and giveaway drawings. This concluding session encourages attendees to share their insights and reinforce connections made throughout the week.
One highlight of the event is the trade show, where exhibitors showcase products and services tailored to the campground industry. From innovative technologies to essential supplies, the expo hall will provide attendees with access to resources that can streamline operations and improve guest experiences. Networking within the trade show further enhances its value.
