Brown & Brown, Inc., an insurance brokerage firm, unveiled significant adjustments to its senior leadership team, welcoming David Putz and Niels Seebeck into its ranks.

David Putz has been designated as the Executive Vice President of Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, a key component of Brown & Brown’s Programs segment. In his new role, Putz is at the helm of four distinct businesses, fostering strategic partnerships across various programs and teams within Brown & Brown.
His journey to this position followed a tenure at Zurich Insurance North America, where he contributed nearly a quarter-century of service. At Zurich, Putz was an integral part of the global leadership team, managing alternative markets that spanned crop insurance, automotive, and captive businesses.
Niels Seebeck steps into the role of President of Arrowhead’s Risk Managers Program, which focuses on commercial E&S property programs tailored for wind-driven businesses. Since joining the team in 2015, Seebeck has been instrumental in steering the growth, portfolio management, underwriting, and operational aspects of several programs.
His expertise is underpinned by over two decades of experience in property insurance, with prior leadership roles at Guy Carpenter and Munich RE, where he concentrated on reinsurance, E&S property, and program business.
