The National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) has announced seven Jellystone Park locations as finalists for its Park of the Year awards. This recognition highlights the excellence in outdoor hospitality provided by these camp-resorts across the United States.
The nominated Jellystone Parks are spread across Colorado, Indiana, Ohio, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. These nominations not only honor the individual parks but also reflect the Jellystone Park brand’s commitment to quality and service.
In the Large Park of the Year category, for parks with 251 to 499 sites, finalists include Jellystone Parks in Bostic, N.C.; Mt. Gilead, Ohio; and Larkspur, Colo. The Medium Park of the Year category, for parks with 101 to 250 sites, sees finalists in Carver, Mass.; Harrisville, Penn.; and Williamsport, Md. The Jellystone Park in Fremont, Ind. is a finalist for the Mega Park of the Year, reserved for parks with more than 500 sites.
The winners will be announced during the ARVC Awards of Excellence Luncheon in Kansas City on November 8. These nominations add to a series of accolades for Jellystone Park, including recent rankings among the top six RV parks in the United States in USATODAY’s 10Best 2023 Readers’ Choice competition.
National media outlets have also recognized Jellystone Park locations. Known for their family-friendly attractions, these parks offer pools, water slides, mini golf, and organized activities like foam parties, wagon rides, and dance parties.
