2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo Early Registration Deadline Approaches

RV dealers have until Sept. 3 to secure early-bird registration rates for the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, scheduled for Nov. 9-13 at Paris Las Vegas, with dealer members who register by the deadline able to lock in the lowest rate for additional attendees from their dealerships.

The annual Convention/Expo will bring dealership professionals together for education, networking and access to products and services addressing dealership operations.

The program will cover fixed operations, sales, F&I, leadership, marketing, digital retailing, compliance, customer experience, artificial intelligence and emerging technology.

According to a press release, RV Dealers Association President Phil Ingrassia said the early registration deadline provides an opportunity for dealers planning to bring dealership teams to the event.

“This is the best opportunity for dealers to register at the lowest registration rate who plan to bring their teams to Las Vegas,” Ingrassia said. “The Convention/Expo is built around the issues dealership teams are dealing with every day, and this year’s program offers practical ideas they can take home and implement immediately.”

The educational program will include sessions on AI and the future of work, economic trends, employee recruiting and retention, adaptive pricing, warranty operations, inventory management, leadership, lead response and dealership productivity.

Curt Steinhorst will deliver a keynote presentation titled “Can I Have Your Attention? Reach the Distracted Customer.” The presentation will examine how increasingly distracted consumers are affecting sales, marketing and dealership messaging and will address strategies for building stronger customer connections.

Dealers can also add a half-day Leadership Development Course to their registration for $124. The course is scheduled for Nov. 10 and is limited to 120 dealer attendees. It is designed to help dealership personnel strengthen leadership skills and improve performance across departments.

Beyond the scheduled education sessions, the Convention/Expo will offer more than 30 Vendor Training +Plus workshops. The workshops will cover new products, services, technology, sales, fixed operations, finance, marketing, management and AI.
