Tan Y Bryn Glamping (United Kingdom) in Bryn Pydew near Llandudno, has financed more than £300,000 to develop five luxury pods, new motorhome pitches, and luxury amenities after initial investment plans paid off back in 2020.
The initial development’s goal was to increase tourist visits and raise its standards, which proved to be a significant success after rave reviews supported them in winning the Go North Wales Best Newcomer Award for this year, according to a report by North Wales Live.
Now, the glamping site wants to add more facilities and accommodation, planning to develop three more luxury glamping pods with their own hot tubs.
“We’re absolutely over the moon to be announcing a further three pods will be added to the park. We’re a small family operation who have heavily invested in creating a truly magical experience,” said Park Owner Jenny Jarvis.
“We love North Wales and everything it has to offer. To be able to share that with people from all over the UK is such a great feeling. We’ve had so many amazing guests from locals who’ve traveled just down the road to rediscover home to International DJ Hannah Wants.”
She said they feel humbled for every person who visits their glamping site. 2022 is the first year that showed the impact of the pandemic on tourism, so they are pleased to have something positive from it.
She also said that a lot of people have now devoted themselves to staycations since they were forced to rediscover the great outdoors including them. They are still welcoming motorhomes to their park while planning their additional glamping pods, some of which will have pet-friendly options.
“Each of them will be created to the same high standard as our five well-established pods, and each will benefit from the same incredible view across the coast of North Wales,” Jarvis said.
