A family-owned Worcestershire campsite, which is just an hour away from Birmingham, was named the top United Kingdom campsite.

According to a report, Hidden Valley Camping at Tenbury Wells was named the most popular campsite based on online comments and analysis by caravan parts specialist Just Kampers.
The stunning site is situated in an ancient orchard at Bine Farm in Highwood near Eastham, with more animals than the people at the site.

Hidden Valley is no stranger to awards, having won the award for the best camping site at the Worcestershire Tourism Awards in 2018.
It is situated in the unspoiled remote Worcestershire countryside just outside Kidderminster. The location is a favorite destination for visitors from Birmingham to Bewdley, who have long made the most of the local treasure on their doorstep.

Owner Simon Beverley-Smith claimed the site was home to incredible wildlife, including muntjac deer, woodpeckers, hedgehogs, rabbits, foxes, and pheasants.
“The campsite is in a really beautiful part of Worcestershire with stunning views, incredible wildlife, and huge dark skies.”

The owners promise visitors plenty of space with two bell tents and several pitches spread across their large site.
One guest wrote a glowing review online stating that the fantastic campsite offers excellent views and clean facilities.
