Boutique Resorts acquired Cenarth Falls Holiday Park (United Kingdom), located in an area known for its natural beauty just at the border of Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion, and Carmarthenshire. The sale was completed for an undisclosed amount.
The holiday park stands on a site extending around 11.5 acres, including about two acres of woodlands. It has planning permission for 89 static caravan pitches and 30 mixed touring caravan pitches.
The park’s entrance has a reception, sales office, and a games room. The rest of the property provides a fitness, hospitality, and entertainment space, including an indoor swimming pool, gym, bar, owner’s accommodation, and a function room with a capacity of 290 guests.
Cenarth’s location is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is said to attract many visitors. The River Teifi is also popular for salmon and sea trout fishing, with the town of Cardigan nearby.
Richard Prestwich, director of Savills, who completed the sale on behalf of Cenarth, said it was a privilege to sell such a “good quality holiday park,” nurtured to its five-star status for over 34 years by the former owners.
“The new owners are no strangers to high-quality holiday businesses being an award-winning holiday brand, and they will look to improve the quality of the business further to complement their other holiday parks, with the nearest being Fishguard Bay Holiday Park,” he said.
