Reflections Holidays, a leading Australian holiday parks company, has appointed Seven Communications as its new consumer-facing public relations (PR) agency. The appointment is part of Reflections Holidays’ strategy to increase brand awareness among Australian consumers through media relations and strategic campaigns.

The partnership aims to elevate Reflections Holidays’ reputation as a provider of nature-based holidays across New South Wales (NSW). The independent agency, Seven Communications, will handle upcoming campaigns, consumer media relations, and communications for key spokespeople.

According to an article published by Mumbrella, Patrice Pandeleos, founder and managing director of Seven Communications, expressed excitement about the collaboration.

“We look forward to leveraging our insights and creativity to enhance the Reflections Holidays brand and deliver impactful campaigns. Reflections Holidays is already synonymous with quality experiences and we look forward to contributing to this legacy. Our goal is to take Reflections Holidays to new heights, showcasing its diverse locations across NSW and establishing it as the number one choice for nature-based holidays in Australia,” Pandeleos explained.

Reflections Holidays operates 40 parks, accommodations, and camping grounds, along with 45 community reserves, making it Australia’s only social enterprise holiday park group. The agency’s efforts will focus on promoting these diverse locations, further showcasing Reflections Holidays’ position as a choice for nature-based getaways in Australia.

Peter Chapman, chief marketing officer at Reflections Holidays, highlighted the significance of this partnership, especially in light of the company’s recent rebranding efforts.

“Our partnership with Seven Communications has come at the perfect time with our recent rebrand. Seven’s impressive reputation across numerous industries positions them as an ideal partner and we look forward to collaborating with them as we continue to deliver memorable outdoor experiences,” Chapman noted.

Seven Communications has a track record in managing high-profile accounts, having recently secured the PR account for JCDecaux ANZ and the Aussie car subscription service, eCar Subscription.
