Timberline Glamping Company to Open New Location

Timberline Glamping Company, a popular camping franchise, is planning to open a new location on 125 acres near Lula, Georgia  following approval to lease seven campsites at River Forks Park.

The new franchisees, Corbin McDaniel and Kieron Clemons, plan to lease the land from local attraction North Georgia Canopy Tours, owned by Kirk and Leah Watkins.

The new location will offer glamping accommodations and access to a disc golf course.

The agreement allows for 6-10 glamping sites on the property, though this number may grow as the location gains popularity.

The rates for glamping at the Lula location are expected to be lower than those at Timberline’s other destinations to allow for greater inclusivity to the community.

Franchisee Corbin McDaniel has ambitious plans for the new location, including classes on horticulture for school-age children, seminars on nature art, and survival skills, as well as offering disc golf as an outdoor extracurricular activity.

McDaniel plans to utilize his degree in Spanish education to reach out to the local Hispanic community and offer nature-oriented education opportunities.

Glamping at the Lula location will offer all types of people a way to experience the world of camping

With full heating and air conditioning and access to amenities such as restrooms, visitors can enjoy the great outdoors while still enjoying some of the comforts of home. The new location is set to open in late April or early May.

Timberline Glamping Company is known for its high-end camping accommodations and amenities, including beds, heat and air conditioning, hammocks, string lights, fire pits, charcoal grills, and electricity. With the addition of the Lula location, the company continues to expand its reach and offer unique experiences to visitors.

The addition of a new glamping location signifies the growth and increasing popularity of the glamping industry and demonstrates that more people are becoming interested in this form of luxury camping.

Moreover, the new location’s focus on inclusivity by offering lower rates for glamping accommodations is also valuable to the industry.

This demonstrates that glamping is not just for those who can afford high-end accommodations, but can also be accessible to a broader range of people who want to enjoy the great outdoors while still having access to some of the comforts of home.
