RoverPass Founder and CEO Ravi Parikh will join the Reservation Software Panel at Campground Solutions Summit West, scheduled for Oct. 20–22 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, where the company will also meet with campground owners and operators at Booth 27.
The three-day summit is hosted by the California Outdoor Hospitality Association and will bring outdoor hospitality professionals together for discussions on industry tools and operations.
Its team will be available throughout the event to answer questions about its campground reservation and management platform.
The Reservation Software Panel is scheduled for Oct. 20 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. and is open to all attendees. Parikh will participate with other panelists in a discussion focused on how reservation and management software is affecting bookings, guest communication and daily park operations, as well as considerations for owners planning future seasons.

At Booth 27, RoverPass representatives will demonstrate reservation, front-desk management, guest communication and reporting functions. The company said owners can review online booking, automated guest messaging and reporting tools related to occupancy and revenue.
According to a press release, Melisa Chang, marketing Director at RoverPass, said the event will provide an opportunity for the company to demonstrate its platform and address operator questions.
“We built RoverPass around the way owners actually run their parks, not the other way around,” Chang said. “Summit West gives us the chance to show that in person, answer real questions, and meet the operators who make outdoor hospitality what it is.”
RoverPass is a campground reservation and management software provider. Its platform is designed to support reservation processes, campground operations and revenue management, according to the company.
